Women's Only Classes

A dedicated women's only gym space designed for women of all experience levels. These classes focus on building strength, confidence, and community—without pressure, judgement, or intimidation.

Co-Ed Classes

Strength for everyone. Our Co-Ed classes are structured and coached with intention. Whether you're brand new or experienced, you'll feel supported.

Personal Training

One-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, needs, and lifestyle. We simplify the process, help you build confidence, and help create the momentum you need to achieve your goals.

Starting somewhere new can be intimidating. We want you to feel confident walking through our doors. So here are answers to some common questions we get to help you get started.

What’s the difference between Women’s-only and Co-ed classes?

Both follow structured strength programming with intentional coaching. Women’s-only classes are held in a dedicated space designed for women to train together. Co-ed classes are held in a separate room and are open to everyone. The energy, support, and standards are the same across both. Visit our Memberships page for more info.

How do I know which program is right for me?

That’s what we’re here for. It's also why we offer a free trial class. So you can come in, see what we're all all about, and we can help you choose the best fit based on your goals, experience, and schedule. Visit our Memberships page for more info.

What should I expect at my first class?

You’ll be welcomed, guided through the workout, and coached every step of the way. No one is thrown into the deep end. We’ll make sure you feel comfortable, capable, and supported.

What if I have injuries or limitations?

Our coaches offer movement modifications and alternative options so you can train safely. Let us know ahead of time and we’ll take care of the rest.

How often should I train?

Most members train 2–4 times per week. We’ll help you build a schedule that supports your goals without burning you out.

Do I need to commit long-term?

We offer different membership options to suit different needs. You can start with a free trial and decide from there—no pressure. See our Programs & Pricing page for more info.

I’ve never lifted weights before. Is that okay?

Of course! Many of our members started the same way. Our coaches break down every movement, offer modifications, and help you build strength at your own pace.
